Shipped correct item super quick. Very helpful and transparent when I had to call them about the availability of an out of stock item. Great I could talk directly with someone unlike some online stores! Would definitely recommend!

It was so easy to use your online service when buying. You kept me informed about where my parcel was. Just a pity you use Hermes to deliver they were very unreliable they messaged me last Thursday told me my parcel would be there between 1700 & 19
