It was so easy to use your online service when buying. You kept me informed about where my parcel was. Just a pity you use Hermes to deliver they were very unreliable they messaged me last Thursday told me my parcel would be there between 1700 & 19

Got to be honest after reading some of the reviews here I thought I'd made a mistake ordering but I've had no problems at all, yes I did wait just over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and when it did it didn't fit but the refund was done quickly after
