Size Exchanges & Personalized Items
We understand that getting the right fit is important.
- Standard Items: For size-related replacements, we will arrange a pickup from your location to exchange the item.
- Personalized Items: Please note that items with personalization are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, we are happy to facilitate a size exchange. We will arrange a "replace and collect" service to swap the item at your location.
- Exchange Conditions: The exchange must be for the exact same item (same design, player, patches, etc.); only the size may be changed.
- Fair Use Policy: To ensure this generous service remains available to all customers, we reserve the right to refuse a size exchange if we identify evidence of policy abuse or an excessive return history.
Standard Returns (Non-Defective)
For returns that are not due to an error or a size exchange:
- Up to 2 items: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- More than 2 items: You will be responsible for covering our original shipping and handling costs.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This timeline includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days)
- Processing time once received (3–5 business days)
- Your bank’s processing time for the funds to appear (5–10 business days)
